This policy explains how 4 Seasons Landscaping & Construction (“4 Seasons”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through www.my4seasonslandscaping.com. It covers the quote form, the analytics and advertising tags that run on the site, and the companies that process this information on our behalf.

Information You Give Us

The quote form on our Contact page asks for:

Your name and phone number (both required)
Your email address
A company name, if you are enquiring on behalf of a business
Your city and ZIP code
The service you are interested in
A free-text description of what the property needs

Everything except name and phone is optional. You can also call, text, or email us instead of using the form, in which case we keep whatever you choose to tell us. We do not ask for payment card numbers, bank details, or Social Security numbers anywhere on this website.

Submitting the form is a request to be contacted. As the notice beside the form says, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your project; message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of purchase. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Information Collected Automatically

When you browse the site, the following is collected without you typing anything:

Usage and device data. Pages viewed, the page that referred you, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and how you move through and interact with a page.
Advertising click identifiers. If you arrive from an ad or a tagged campaign link, the web address may carry identifiers such as gclid, gbraid, and wbraid, along with campaign values named utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, and utm_device.
Cookies. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies in your browser to recognise a returning visit and to group page views into a session.
Local storage. This site saves the click identifiers and campaign values above in your browser’s local storage, under the key four_seasons_ads_attribution_v1, together with the first and last page you landed on, the referring website, and the times those were recorded. That entry expires 90 days after it is written, and clearing your browser’s site data removes it immediately.

What Happens When You Submit the Form

When you send the form, the click identifiers and campaign values stored in your browser are submitted along with the details you typed, so we can tell which ad, search, or referring site brought you to us. We also generate a random lead ID for each submission so that a quote request can be matched to a conversion in our advertising reports without using your name.

The submission is delivered to us as an email through Resend, our email delivery provider.

We record that a lead was submitted in Google Analytics and Google Ads. Where our advertising conversion tracking is switched on, your email address and phone number may also be passed to Google in a hashed, irreversible form so Google can confirm that an ad led to your enquiry — a Google feature known as enhanced conversions. Your name, your message, and the rest of the form are not sent to Google or to Microsoft Clarity.

Analytics, Advertising, and Service Providers

We use the following companies to run, measure, and protect this website. They process information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms:

Google — Google Analytics 4 (property G-E2Y10FPXEZ) for site measurement, Google Ads (account AW-18414374714) for advertising and conversion measurement, reCAPTCHA to keep automated abuse off the quote form, and Google Fonts to serve the typefaces on this site. Each of those requests discloses your IP address to Google. See the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Microsoft — Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, including clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, so we can see where the site is confusing and fix it. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Vercel — hosts this website and keeps server logs, which include IP addresses. See the Vercel Privacy Policy.
Resend — delivers quote-form submissions to our inbox. See the Resend Privacy Policy.

Beyond those providers, we may share what you send us with our own staff and with subcontractors who need it to quote or carry out your project, and we may disclose information where the law requires it, where it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business. How Long We Keep It

Attribution stored in your browser expires 90 days after it is written, and you can clear it sooner.
Quote requests and project records are kept for as long as we are working with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for warranty, accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
Analytics and advertising data is retained by Google and Microsoft according to the retention settings on those accounts and their own policies.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. Quote requests are delivered to company email accounts, and access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — please do not send us sensitive identifiers such as Social Security or payment card numbers through this form.

Your Choices

Cookies and local storage. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies and clear stored site data for this site. Blocking them will not stop you from using the site or the form.
Google Analytics. You can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Ad personalisation. You can review and change how Google personalises ads at My Ad Center.
Calls and texts. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us by phone or email, and we will stop contacting you.

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as the site or our providers change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and the current version always lives at this address.
