Gather Around a Fire Built for Keeps

Your backyard empties out the moment evenings turn cool. A fire feature keeps people outside from March to December.

The Problem

A Store-Bought Fire Bowl Is Not a Gathering Place

The metal fire bowl rusts through in two seasons, sits too low, and scorches the lawn under it. Nobody arranges their evening around it. A built fire feature does the opposite: it anchors the whole backyard and pulls people out of the house.

4 Seasons Landscaping & Construction builds custom fire pits and outdoor fireplaces across the North Atlanta metro in brick, stacked stone, tile, and concrete, fueled by gas, propane, or electric. We have built outdoor living spaces here since 2000, and most fire features go in as part of a patio or full backyard design.

Steve C. had us install a fire pit, plantings, drainage, and sod that turned his backyard into a real showcase. Call or text (678) 619-5236 for a free next-day quote.

Fire Features That Match Your Home

Ultra-modern, country chic, or traditional, the fire feature should look like it was always part of the house. We design the surround, seating distance, and wind exposure before a single stone is set, and we integrate gas lines and lighting cleanly.

Fire pits and fireplaces can be added to an existing outdoor living area or built into a new one with seating walls and a pergola. Fully insured, family-owned, with $500 off your next hardscaping project.

Advice You Can Use

4.6 from Google Reviews
"Nick and his team did an excellent job for me, from the brilliant design to the quality installation and great follow-up. In addition to reworking the poor drainage system that was in place prior to my new pool installation, they fixed some challenging topography issues and installed a stunning array of decorative plants, a fire pit, and new sod to make my backyard a real showcase. They also have an excellent tree maintenance service, which helped me to clear out some terribly overgrown underbrush."

"4 Seasons has been taking care of my lawn care for over 10 years now and I can't say enough about this company. They show up like clock work and do an amazing job for a fair price. If I ever see anything that I even think about calling them to address, that next week it is done before I even call them. Highly recommend them!"

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does fire pit installation cost?
Cost depends on size, material, and fuel. A wood-burning stone pit is the simplest build, while gas features add trenching and line work, and full fireplaces add masonry height. We price your exact design for free, with the quote ready by the next business day. Call or text (678) 619-5236.
Fire pit or outdoor fireplace: which should I choose?
Fire pits seat people in a circle and suit open patios. Fireplaces create a wall, block wind, and read as an outdoor room. Budget, sightlines, and how many people you host decide it. We will walk your yard and recommend honestly at the free quote visit.
How long does it take to build a fire feature?
A standalone fire pit usually takes a few days. Gas-fed features and full masonry fireplaces take longer because of line work and curing time. If we are building the patio at the same time, we sequence it all on one schedule. Reach out and we will map the timeline.
Should I choose a gas or wood-burning fire pit?
Gas lights instantly, burns clean, and shuts off the moment the evening ends, but it needs a trenched line. Wood gives you the crackle and the smell at a lower install cost, with more cleanup. Many clients choose gas near the house and wood for a destination pit out in the yard. We will talk it through at the free quote.
Can you add a fire pit to my existing patio?
Usually, yes. We confirm the surface and base can take the build, run gas if you want it, and match the stone so the pit looks original to the patio. If the patio needs repair anyway, doing both at once saves money. Call or text (678) 619-5236 and send us a photo of the space.
