Stop Losing Your Yard to Runoff

Every storm steals a little more soil from a sloped yard. We build drainage and walls that hold the line for good.

Drainage & Erosion

Built for River-Valley Slopes

Sandy Springs sits on some of the steepest residential terrain inside I-285, and water finds every weakness. Washed-out beds, soggy lawns, and wet basements usually trace back to grading, not bad luck.

Our PVC drainage systems carry a lifetime warranty. We pair drainage and erosion control with retaining walls and fresh sod, so the fix disappears into a better-looking yard.

Nick walks every drainage job personally before we quote it. Call or text (678) 619-5236 and your free quote is ready the next business day.

An Easy Run North on GA-400

As one of the independent landscape companies Sandy Springs homeowners call on, we regularly work in neighborhoods off Roswell Rd and near the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area, where slopes and shade make turf and drainage tricky.

Getting here: From City Springs, take GA-400 north past the I-285 interchange, exit at McFarland Pkwy, and find us at 12445 Morris Rd next to the highway.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

My Sandy Springs backyard floods every storm. Where do I start?

Start with a walkthrough. We trace where water enters, where it should exit, and design the simplest system that solves it, often a dry creek bed or French drain. The quote is free and ready the next business day.

What warranty comes with drainage work?

PVC drainage systems carry a lifetime warranty, and corrugated systems carry one year. That difference is exactly why we recommend PVC on steep lots. Ask us to walk you through both options.

How fast can you get to Sandy Springs from Alpharetta?

Fast. GA-400 runs straight from our Morris Rd shop to the I-285 interchange, so crews reach most neighborhoods here without fighting surface streets. That keeps walkthroughs and follow-up visits easy to schedule.

Will new sod hold on a steep, shady slope?

Often the real answer is grading and drainage first, then turf or groundcover matched to the light. We fix the water problem before we plant, which is why the result lasts. A free walkthrough tells you exactly what your slope needs.

Do you offer lawn care in Sandy Springs?

We handle the build side of lawn care in Sandy Springs: sod installation backed by a 2-month warranty and a 1-year green-up guarantee, irrigation, and the grading and drainage that keep turf alive on river-valley slopes. If your lawn keeps failing no matter who mows it, the fix is usually under the grass, not on top of it. Call or text (678) 619-5236 and we will take a look.
