From Builder-Grade Lot to Finished Landscape

New construction leaves you a thin lawn, three shrubs, and bare dirt. We turn blank lots into landscapes that match the house.

New Homes & Lake Lots

Finish What the Builder Started

Neighborhoods are growing fast around the Mall of Georgia and historic downtown Buford, and most new yards ship unfinished. Compacted grading, contractor-grade turf, and no privacy.

We build complete yards. Fresh sod with a 2-month warranty plus a farm green-up guarantee, hardscaping for patios and walkways, and decks built for evenings facing the water.

Lake Lanier properties get extra attention to slopes and shoreline erosion. Call or text (678) 619-5236 for a free next-day quote.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you fix a struggling builder lawn?

Usually the problem is compacted subsoil and thin turf, not your watering. We regrade, amend, and install farm-fresh sod backed by a 2-month warranty and a green-up guarantee with 1-year replacement. Most installs finish in under a day.

Do you work on Lake Lanier shoreline properties?

Yes, slope and erosion work near the lake is a regular request from Buford and Cumming clients. We handle drainage, walls, and plantings that hold steep ground. Schedule a free walkthrough at (678) 619-5236.

How fast can you get here from your Alpharetta shop?

Crews run over regularly via Peachtree Industrial Blvd, and I-85 and I-985 keep the lake side reachable too. The drive is short enough that quotes and follow-up visits never wait.

Do new-construction landscapes get the same warranties?

Yes, the full set. Sod carries a 2-month warranty plus a 1-year green-up replacement, trees and shrubs 3 gallons and larger are covered for a year, and PVC drainage carries a lifetime warranty. Ask us to put it all in writing with your free quote.
